Window Cowboy Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

At Window Cowboy, we are committed to providing you with an excellent service. But we get it, things happen. To help us maintain our schedule and serve you and all clients effectively, we ask that you please review the following guidelines regarding rescheduling or cancelling you service: 

Rescheduling: 

● Should you choose to reschedule your service within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, your card will be charged 100% of the total service amount. Don’t worry, as long as you give us your reschedule date the same day, that amount will be applied to your next service. You will not be charged twice. 

● Should you choose to reschedule your service within 24-72 hours of the scheduled serviced time, your card will be charged 50% of the total service amount. As long as you give us your reschedule date the same day, that amount will be applied to your next service. 

● Should you choose to reschedule your service 72+ hours in advance of the scheduled service time, your card will be charged 10% of the total service amount. As long as you give us your reschedule date the same day, that amount will be applied to your next service. 

*PLEASE NOTE: If you do not reschedule your service the same day, your service will be treated as cancelled, and the cancellation fees will apply! 

 

Cancellations

● Should you choose to cancel your service within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, your card will be charged 100% of the total service amount. If you choose not to reschedule, this amount will not be applied towards your next service.

● Should you choose to cancel your service within 24-72 hours of the scheduled service time your card will be charged 50% of the total service amount. If you choose not to reschedule, this amount will not be applied towards your next service. 

● Should you choose to cancel your service 72+ hours in advance there will be no charge to your card.
